Grab your wellies!

Pretty mosaic at the Saatchi gallery!

We are very posh.

Charades with flat 8!

This just seemed especially "London" to me.

Naked mermaid fountain! Yay!

We saw "Crazy for You" and some of them could even sing a little bit!

Dr. Futamura incorporating vegetables into the day's lesson plan!

The view from our flat in West Kensington.

Huddling for warmth.

KEW Gardens

My future home!

Flowers!

Longing gaze

Thames

It's not that London's always raining...these boots just seem to go with everything!

An utterly SPLENDID week.

Goodbye, U.S.A. 'Ello, Londinium!

Stopped by campus to say goodbye to a few good friends. Oh, and to pose for pictures in a stranger's closet...

And then my wonderful little, Bobbi, sent me off...

My very sleek new travel journal

"Sweet Jesus, who's driving this bus???" -Myself and Chatfield during our first road experience in London. Answer: The bus driver was driving the bus. He was just sitting on the opposite side from what we are used to. False alarm, everyone. No worries.

Perusing the city streets (Westminister Abbey)

Wonderfully British menu. The night's special: mushy peas.

Gates to Buckingham Palace! If you look really closely, you can see a guard in there. Kind of like Abe Lincoln and the penny.

The Fish are Jumpin' and the Cotton is High

I got to spend some quality time with old friends

And I took some time to paint : )

I discovered Flying Horse Farms, the most magical place in the world

I was covered in tapioca at the FHF Food Fight

And spent a day at The Wilds Horseback Safari

Went to Kansas to visit the love of my life

Meandered around Highbanks Park on a beautiful day

Made another painting

And had one of the happiest summers of my life.
